Some new (recent) releases from the Berlin label Karlrecords
zeitkratzer / Reinhold Friedl: Scarlatti
for choregraphy, simply limpid, amazing rythmic unison for a septet ensemble
Reinhold Friedl composed the music for a choreography by dance company Rubato. The music is drawn from Scarlatti, and the piano sonata F-minor K.466 is twisted anew in all its richness, shifted back and forth, declined, frozen, noisified, sound structures extracted, floating.
